Recently incorporated in 2018 by experienced Spray Foam Contractor Noah Densmore and long time General Contractors Matt Holman and Tim Chisholm, SprayFI is ready to bring together the individual expertise of all owners to provide you with a one of a kind insulating experience.
OUR TEAM
Noah is a Master Sprayer and has been in the industry for many years. His knowledge of different building applications, different chemicals, tools and equipment is paramount. His expertise is the backbone of our company and is the main reason why we deliver such a quality product. Matt and Tim have been building with their General Contracting business Holmcon for over 10 years and bring their own contributions individually. Matt, a Business Grad from the University of Hartford, keeps the business running efficiently so we can maintain our commitment to always be on time and prepared for any job. Tim, an Architecture Grad from the University of Hartford, oversees all of the technical aspects of this business including building science, building plans, r- values, architectural specs, engineering, etc. These individual skills, combined with years of building experience add up to the perfect spray foam team.
OUR COMMITMENT
The construction industry is very unpredictable. SprayFI’s business strategy is to understand the busy and eratic schedules of builders and homeowners and accomodate their needs by always being on time and prepared. Our trucks and equipment are new, clean, maintained, state of art machines that are always ready to spray on demand.
CUFCA
SprayFI is a proud member of the Canadian Urethane Foam Contractors Association (CUFCA). CUFCA is the leading trade association and certification program for Spray Foam in Canada and they only allow the best of the best spray foam contractors to be members. One of the best benefits of us being a CUFCA member is we can offer you a no charge 3 year $50,000 third party warranty from them on every job.
OUR PRODUCT
Another benefit is that we are able to use the number one spray foam in the world, Demilec HeatLok Soya. It is the only spray foam proudly made right here in Canada in an environmentally friendly manner using recycled plastic bottles and renewable resources like soy and vegetable oils. As for the performance, it has the highest r-value per inch of any foam which is perfect for our Canadian winters. It is also the most forgiving to spray in colder weather which allows us to spray in almost any conditions. All of these attributes are why HeatLok Soya allows Architects, Builders and contractors to qualify for additional credits in the LEED certification program as well as save the building owner up to 40% in energy bills.
